Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Flex Houseparents living on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning/developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and oversight of budgeting and household reporting for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
