Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role as a two-person Flex Houseparent team at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes and supervising a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off duty schedule to a placed houseparent assignment. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with plant/animal-care constraints; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
