Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, married-couple team serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule features nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing/benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
