Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School involve residing on campus in student homes and providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The position begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
