Youth Development Specialist role focused on two-person, married-couple care of on-campus student homes for ~813 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, mentoring students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to placed houseparent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse marriage with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working with youth (volunteer or paid)
