Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and budgeting/reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed home for the same group of students; relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
