Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist for Milton Hershey School, a two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role located on campus in Hershey, PA (scraped location Woodlake, CA). The couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, including daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be married for at least two years and at least 27 years old to apply.
