Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, arrange transportation and plan development activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, follow a 9-on/3-off schedule transitioning to a fixed househome; provides care, supervision, and support to advance students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
