Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and suitability for working in a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be aged 27 or older.
