Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, involve residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent arrangement.
