Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home program. Couples reside with 8–13 students, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, transitioning to a placed houseparent in a consistent student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, willingness to work on a smoke- and weapon-free campus, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and not more than three dependent children. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation includes salary per person and comprehensive benefits. For consideration, both spouses must submit individual applications.
