Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting & reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle followed by placement into a single student-home assignment; relocation provided and benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid training, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
