Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus: married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel visits, oversee household budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent with a consistent student home. The position includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older; assignment emphasizes mentorship, safety, ethics, and faith-based student development.
