Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to mentor and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They oversee budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on, three-off schedule, before transitioning to a consistent placed houseparent role with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance is provided.
