Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Chapel visits. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
