Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent positions on campus to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires married couples, at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED; relocation assistance is provided. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
