Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, budgeting and reporting, and living with a group of 8–13 students. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent arrangement. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability for both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. Prior experience with youth preferred. Location is Fremont, OH with relocation to Hershey, PA implied by posting; on-campus residence is provided for this two-person role.
