Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist for two-person Flex Houseparent team at Milton Hershey School. Lives on campus in student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and reporting. Role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent in a consistent student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires both spouses to apply individually. On-site residence and long-term commitment to student success are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for two-person role
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
