Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist - two-person Flex Houseparent role for married couples; reside on campus, supervise 8-13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule and progression to a placed Houseparent role; relocation assistance provided; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, minimum HS diploma or GED, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and complete individual applications.
