Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, caring for a group of 8–13 students. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
