Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, providing mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Candidates must be a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
