Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple). Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, mentor students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to be certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses ≥27). Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary is $44,768 per person (roughly $168,000 total per couple) with on-campus housing and meals in benefit package.
