Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside on an on-campus student home in Henderson, KY, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and engagement for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
