Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse couple must apply
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
