Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in a student home and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and structured family-like routines for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
