Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring approximately 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, and paid time off. Qualifications include youth-serving experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
