Job Summary
Flex Houseparents: a two-person, full-time role residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students; duties include supervising, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions, budgeting, and reporting. Initially a nine-on, three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
