Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus live-in role as Flex Houseparents in student homes for 8–13 youths. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three off to a stable placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students. The position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, with salary per person of $44,768 and total compensation for a couple around $168,000. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with eligibility to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-spouse, married couple working arrangement. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration. Experience with youth and commitment to a tobacco- and alcohol-free campus are required.
Required Qualifications

- Driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience with youth or volunteering with youth
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
