Job Summary
Two-spouse, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, and participate in budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; ultimately transitioning to living in the same student home as placed Houseparents. Requires high school diploma or GED, both spouses age 27 or older, married for at least two years, and relocation to Hershey, PA; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
