Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role providing supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duties to a placed houseparent within a student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; includes salary of $44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits and paid relocation/training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
