Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent where a consistent student home is maintained. Requires experience with youth, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The role includes relocation assistance and paid training; consideration requires both spouses to complete individual applications.
