Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) needed to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in a dedicated student home. Required Qualifications
