Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist (Flex Houseparents) for married couples living on campus to oversee a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, student transportation, and mentorship through daily routines, devotions, and weekend chapel. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home; includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending chapel
- Two-person married couple role
- Age 27 or older for each spouse
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
