Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role living on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and rotating nine-on/three-off duty schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and a commitment to a structured, family-like environment with a Judeo-Christian campus culture. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with comprehensive benefits and paid training; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Willingness to reside on-campus with students
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
