Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home program; responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.
