Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School; married couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide supervision, mentorship, and daily routines, including medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions.”,
