Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
