Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and guide groups of 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and structured routines. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home setting.
