Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on the Milton Hershey School campus, living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
