Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for ~813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially support multiple student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transition to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
