Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus serving 8–13 students; couples reside in on-campus homes, provide supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, with an initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a fixed student-home placement; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married partnership of at least two years, age 27+, with relocation to Hershey, PA and campus-restricted, smoke-free/weapon-free environment; includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
