Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing daily mentorship, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions and chapel. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, then transitions to a placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students.
