Job Summary
Two-person, married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in a dedicated home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
