Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist with Milton Hershey School seeks two married individuals to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting.
