Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus housing 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. The position requires adherence to a structured nine-days-on, three-days-off work schedule, relocation to Hershey, PA, and living on campus.
