Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents. Requires two-person, married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA. Relocation and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, and housing/ meals while on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Must complete individual employment applications for both spouses
