Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on-campus and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
