Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist – two-person, married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting, and support student development. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse couple must apply individually (for consideration)
- Experience with youth recommended
