Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for a married couple) reside on-campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide supervision, mentorship, and care, including managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a stable placement with a consistent student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a committed, two-spouse team aged 27+. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Requirements
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
