Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist (Full-time Flex Houseparents) for married couples who will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a long-term Houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits; salary per person is $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple). Requires a two-person married couple team, both spouses age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse two-year marriage minimum
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to supervise and mentor youth
